Return Policy

After receiving your package, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to return your order. Once you have registered the return, you have 7 days to send the package back. If you do not do so in time, your return request expires and you are required to pay the full costs.

Exceptions
Custom-made products such as cut-to-size films, printed stickers and other personalised products cannot be returned.

Return costs
The costs of return shipments are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
